Integrative medicine is my best recommendation for approaching any health issue. Integrative means building a team that includes “western” specialists as well as other practitioners of nutrition, body, mind, and spirit. Look for people who respect and support your range of interests and your action plan. Check with friends and family for a referral but if that comes up short look through the directories below.

As a part of your overall health plan, consider regular exercise, massages and acupuncture.
