Fresh is best! Fresh juices have the most health benefits including enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Most quality juice companies will have the date it was made on the label, not just the expiration date. Avoid pasteurized juices when possible. An unpasteurized, cold-pressed juice can last up to 72 hours, while a juice made with a centrifugal juicer should be consumed within 24 to 36 hours. All juices should be refrigerated.
